I have grown up a CODA and have witnessed the barriers that deaf and hard of hearing individuals face on a daily basis. Due to this I am able to draw on my experiences to help advocate and support deaf and hard of hearing people with gaining meaningful employment.

Through more than 15 years of volunteering, and now as a certified career coach, I have seen how much of a difference the right support can make. Working with the Deaf and hard of hearing community is especially meaningful to me. I am motivated by helping people recognise their strengths, build practical skills, and take steps towards employment that feels meaningful and sustainable. For me, it is about creating opportunities, encouraging confidence, and making sure people feel seen, supported, and capable of thriving.
