I am incredibly fortunate enough to support D/deaf individuals as they navigate their respective employment journeys, helping break down barriers in employment, as well as building their confidence and independence. Being able to help someone find and maintain meaningful employment is not only incredibly important, but is very rewarding. I am privileged that I am able to empower others to recognise their strengths and continue to proudly advocate for inclusivity within this role.

I am motivated by helping people recognise their strengths, build practical skills, and take steps towards employment that feels meaningful and sustainable.
