I have always been passionate about supporting people, especially those who may face extra barriers when looking for work. Through more than 15 years of volunteering, and now as a certified career coach, I have seen how much of a difference the right support can make. Working with the Deaf and hard of hearing community is especially meaningful to me. I am motivated by helping people recognise their strengths, build practical skills, and take steps towards employment that feels meaningful and sustainable. For me, it is about creating opportunities, encouraging confidence, and making sure people feel seen, supported, and capable of thriving.
