What motivates you?
As a person myself, who is Hard of Hearing, my motivation and determination have been strongly shaped through my lived experiences and the journey of overcoming barriers to employment. These experiences have not only shaped me but also strengthened my passion for creating opportunities where individuals are recognised for their skills, potential, and dedication, rather than being defined by assumptions or limitations.
I am driven by a commitment to promoting inclusive, accessible, and equitable support that empowers people to achieve their employment goals. I firmly believe that everyone deserves to have the opportunity to succeed and thrive within their chosen career path.
I am particularly passionate about supporting D/deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals to recognise their strengths, value their unique talents, and build confidence in their abilities.
