With over 30 years of experience shaping careers and transforming workplaces, Wendy is a powerhouse in the Education and Employment Services sectors. From strategic leadership to hands-on coaching, she’s been at the forefront of creating real opportunities for job seekers.

Wendy has led major change initiatives across Wesley Employment Services, Campbell Page, and a Social Enterprise Business where she oversaw employment programs like JVES (Jobs Victoria Employment Services), SLES (School Leaver Employment Supports), and NDIS-related services. Now, she’s bringing her expertise to Sign for Work, helping to deliver life-changing programs that support people in their employment journey.
