These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.   • Content: Any material, links, images, or stories (e.g., Job Seeker stories, Employer stories) submitted or linked to our website.
  • Employer: Eligible businesses or government agencies posting job vacancies via our Webforms. For more details on eligibility, contact us.
  • Job: Any form of employment, including casual, part-time, full-time, or contract positions, offered by an Employer.
  • Job Seeker: Individuals eligible under government employment initiatives who register via our Webform.
  • Job Vacancy: An employment opportunity submitted by an Employer through our Webform.
  • Services: Our website provides information to assist Job Seekers and facilitates matching them with Job Vacancies.
  • Webform: Online forms used by Job Seekers and Employers to register for our services.
  • You/User: Any individual or business using our services, thereby agreeing to these Terms

Jobseeker Process

  1. Job Seekers Registration:
  • Register interest by completing a Webform (free of charge).
  • Provide personal details, including name, contact information, and other relevant data such as government identification numbers and a list of skills and qualifications.
  • You may need to submit additional documentation, such as a National Police Certificate and, if applicable, a Working with Children certificate.
  1. Employer Registration:

·         Employers submit job vacancies through a Webform, detailing the position, remuneration, and job requirements.

·         We assess the information provided to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.

  1. Matching Process:
  • We match Job Seekers with suitable Job Vacancies based on the information provided by both parties.

General User Agreement

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information in all submissions.
  • Use the website for lawful purposes only.
  • Only communicate with Employers through our platform unless otherwise authorised.

You acknowledge that we serve as a facilitator for matching Job Seekers with Job Vacancies. We cannot guarantee job placements or the suitability of any Employer. It is your responsibility to perform your own due diligence regarding potential Employers and job opportunities.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute with an Employer, you must address the issue directly with them. We are not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes between users. If necessary, disputes may be referred to certified mediation or relevant authorities.

Job Payment

We are not responsible for any payments, reimbursements, or employment benefits. These are to be negotiated directly between the Job Seeker and the Employer. We do not remit taxes or other payments on behalf of Job Seekers.

Cancellation and Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Any illegal or inappropriate activity may also result in termination and referral to relevant authorities.

Liability and Indemnity

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. You agree to indemnify us against any claims related to your actions, including reliance on information provided by our website.

Updates to Website and Content

We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to remove, delete, alter or amend any Content or the website.

Intellectual Property

These Employer Terms (“Terms”) apply to all users who register as Employers on our website. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms, our general Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. These Terms may be updated without notice, so please review them regularly. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

Employer Process

  • Job Seekers submit details, including skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • We match suitable Job Seekers with your job vacancy based on the information provided by both parties.

General Employment Agreement

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Ensure all information about your job vacancy is accurate, lawful, and up to date.
  • Comply with all relevant laws, including employment, occupational health and safety, and Australian Consumer Law.
  • Interact with Job Seekers only through our platform unless we authorize direct communication.

We serve as a facilitator for matching Job Seekers with Job Vacancies and do not guarantee that we will find a suitable candidate. It is your responsibility to conduct your own due diligence on any potential employee.

Disputes and Resolution

In the event of a dispute with a Job Seeker, you must resolve the issue directly with them. We are not responsible for mediating disputes but encourage both parties to seek mediation if needed.
