School Leaver Employment Supports
SLES @ Sign for Work helps you to get job ready by using your NDIS School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES).

If you are in your final years of school and have SLES in your NDIS plan, the team at Sign for Work will help you to plan and prepare for employment.
We work with you to create capacity-building activities, that help you achieve your career goals.

Support is available for up to 2 years after finishing secondary school. Working with your family and support network, we help you create a list of goals to meet your individual needs.
​
Everyone’s situation is different, we all have different skills and needs. We will create a plan custom-fit for you.
